We have a range of affordable and flexible spaces for hire across the county.
Discounts are available for community or voluntary organisations, and for bookings of 10-weeks or more
Many of our meeting rooms also have additional facilities, including large internet-connected display screens, video-conferencing equipment, and banks of laptops for training events – check out the pages below to find out what’s available in each location.
Free Wifi is available throughout our buildings, along with Wifi printing (libraries only)

ICT Equipment
Many of our rooms and spaces have additional equipment to facilitate your work, study, meeting or event - including 65” display screens, projectors, laptops and webcams.
And if you are hiring our rooms to run a training session, or you would like everyone in your event to have access to a computer, we also hire laptops in sets of 5 or 10 (for use in the building only).
