In our museum store we have over 40,000 objects.  It is impossible to have these all on display at the same time.  We have chosen some of the more unusual objects for you to see in this temporary exhibition.

In the past the object was considered to be most important, and often no stories associated with objects were recorded.  If you know anything about any objects on display or had one in the past (or even now), please write down your stories to help us interpret these treasures in the future.  The stories of how objects are used in their life are sometimes just as interesting as the object itself.

Free to attend with donations welcomed. 

No need to book, please come along on the day.
