Council Services offered at your library

 

Your local library also provides a range of Council services. Not all libraries provide the full list of services below. Ask library staff for details - find details of your local branch here.

You can…

  • Pay Council Tax, Rent, Invoices

    Pay your Council Tax/Rent/Invoices with a debit or credit card. Please bring your payment details, including reference number. You can also pay online yourself using the Council’s Online Payments webpage.

  • Apply for a Blue Badge

    Use our customer service phone, where available, to apply for a Blue Badge and we can then get your documents scanned and verified.

  • Online Bus Pass

    We can assist in completing an online Bus Pass application form, including attaching documents, although at busy times you may need to make an appointment. A web camera is available to take your photo.

  • Housing Benefit Application

    Have your primary documents for Housing Benefit application scanned and verified.
